Our expanded clay has a size of 8-16mm . It is suitable as a standalone substrate or as an additive.

Expanded clay is often used as a substrate for plants in hydroponics, but it can also be very useful in classic plant containers.

1. Good ventilation: Due to its porous structure, expanded clay ensures that the roots of the plants are supplied with sufficient oxygen, which promotes root growth and prevents waterlogging.
